A brand new collection of games for the backlog

The brand new version of Playstation's PS Plus service has finally landed for Japanese players and it has confirmed a lot of new games for the service as well as some previously rumoured features.

When the line-up of titles making their way to the revamped PS Plus was introduced, the list left a lot to be desired in the eyes of many fans. This is no longer the case, with its rollout now officially starting, more titles have begun bolstering the service's two tiers of libraries of PS4/PS5 games and classic games.

The biggest confirmation, however, remains to be the inclusion of 60hz NTSC format PSOne games, something which a lot of fans were hoping for over the 50hz PAL versions that were mentioned previously.

Below you will find a full list of the games currently on the service in Japan via VGC. It's worth mentioning that more games will likely be added by the time it releases in the west as the current libraries are short of Sony's initial claims. Here is every game on the brand new PS Plus.

The following list of PS Plus titles consists only of games released on either the PS4 or PS5 and can be accessed via PS Plus Extra, the middle tier of the service.

This list of PS Plus Titles is only available on the Premium tier of the service and consists of classic titles via PS4 remasters, PS3 streaming or PSOne/PSP emulation.
